This 4-week program is designed for you to self-initiate health into your life.
This program is for self-initiating individuals who are ready to create life changes for a healthy state of being. This content is useful for those who are able to safely engage with yoga, meditation, journaling, and self-awareness practices.
This is a 4-week program. You can expect a weekly interactive lecture class with yoga and/or meditation practices. Each week builds on the previous one and completes with an embodiment of everything you’ve learned.
It is recommended to have 60-90 minutes once a week for the video lectures. Three or more times per week, you’ll have 10-30 minutes of yoga or meditation practices to enhance your progress.
