Tej offers individual sessions in Transformational Guidance, Vedic Astrology, and Tarot readings. She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and has trained both Hatha and Kundalini teachers since 2017. Tej has a dynamic background and her offerings blend esoteric knowledge with brain science & biology. She offers events and workshops in Austin, Texas and around the world. Tej has a mastery of the Gong and uses this powerful instrument to enhance transformation and healing. The gong, crystal singing bowls, the voice, and other sound healing instruments are weaved into her classes, events, and sessions. 

For Tej, the most influential benefit of these practices is self-awareness and transformation. She believes that self-discovery is the key to unlocking our fullest potential. This idea is incorporated into her own practice, and she shares it with her students, to help create a happier, healthier, and more authentic community.

Hatha & Kundalini Yoga

A Wholistic Approach to Yoga 

Tej teaches from a dynamic background of both Kundalini and Hatha yoga. She uses Vedic Astrology to design classes for the energetics of the day and incorporates the yogic techniques of mudras, mantras, breath work, and meditation. Her teachings are rooted in brain science & biology which supports students in making lasting changes in their lives. Plus, students will enjoy listening to the healing sounds of the gong at the end of each class.

Tej’s therapeutic approach to teaching is influenced by her training in Hatha & Kundalini yoga, Vedic Astrology, yoga therapy, sound therapy, Ayurveda, yoga nidra, and the chakra system.

Sound Healing & Live Music

Looking for a simple, yet effective way to cultivate healing? Allow the power of sound to work for you!

Sound is used as a healing modality to bring the body, energy, and mind to balance. The vibrations and sounds created through the use of the gong, crystal singing bowls, the voice, and other sound healing instruments, change the molecular structure of the body. These changes create more cellular coherence to allow you to clear physical and energetic blocks to allow for deeper healing. These modalities are weaved into classes, events, and individual sessions
